PTLB Coach - Dr. Gil Stieglitz

 

Dr. Gil is a catalyst for positive change both personally and organizationally. He excites, educates, and motivates audiences all over the world, through passion, humor, leadership, and wisdom. He has led seminars in China, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and all over the United States. He is an adjunct professor at Western Seminary (Sacramento Campus), and a church consultant for Thriving Churches International. He is on the board at Courage Worldwide, a wonderful organization that rescues children forced into sexual slavery. www.courageworldwide.org. Currently he is the discipleship pastor at Bayside Church in Granite Bay, California, where he oversees adult groups and discipleship programs. Gil also served as a denominational executive for fifteen years with the Evangelical Free Church of America. He was a senior pastor at a church in southern California for seventeen years.

PTLB Coach - Pastor Michael Baggett

 

Michael is a true team builder who has led and developed adult ministries since 1993. From 2004 to 2014 Michael developed Men's, Married, and Single Adult ministries at Bayside Church in Granite Bay, California. He has 22 years of experience in assimilation, discipleship, leadership development, church leadership, strategic planning, and ministry expansion in churches ranging from 1,500 to 12,000 in weekend attendance. With a huge passion for transformation, Michael brings unique insight and experience for developing a wide variety of ministries from married life discipleship groups to outdoor sports groups for relational evangelism. With a primary gift of leadership, Michael enjoys developing people and has a fresh, authentic style of teaching that relates well to others who have experienced life in the real world. He currently leads the BridgesSacramento Singles' Community, as well as consults with churches in Northern California.
